Refund / Exchange Policy

When you receive your order, please examine it carefully. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please call +971-6-5757057 or +971–50-7130549 within 7 days. We only provide exchange of items within 7 days but terms and conditions apply.

Upon return and receipt of the product, Al Fayrouz Medical will only provide exchange of the item which will be returned within 7 days . We are not eligible to pay for shipping and handling charges. All products must be returned in new, resalable condition without any markings. All equipment must be returned unused, in the original package with seal unbroken. Claims related to shipments and orders must be reported within 7 days. We can only provide exchange of products rather than refund after inspecting the item. 

Al Fayrouz Medical team will inspect the item and let the customer know If exchange is possible. We cannot exchange used items. Al Fayrouz medical holds the right to decline any exchange after inspecting the item.

Claims related to Damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of invoice date. Please call +971-6-5757057 or 050-7130549 and have your invoice available for reference.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over 200aed you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
